Da iawn to all the chefs today!

Food hygiene talk covered and then we all sampled the ingredients we were about to use. Least favourite was garlic and possibly the favourite ingredient was spring onion?!?

Our fresh salsa was made with:

tomatoes,

onions,

garlic,

lime juice,

chilies,

coriander,

a little chili powder and

a little bit of cumin.

Our sour cream dip was jazzed up with:

chives and

spring onions.

Surprisingly, there were even offers to wash up! Diolch!
