Our primary school is situated in the large village of Ruabon, approximately fifteen minutes south of Wrexham.  As the start of September 2017 we had 198 pupils on roll ranging from 3 to 11 years. We are a small friendly, family school and have high expectations of all pupils.

A brief History of our school  ~ We celebrated our Centenary in 2011 ~ 2012.

The Ruabon Council Schools were built in 1911 as two separate schools i.e. Infant and Junior Schools.They were officially opened on 25th July 1912.  The Nursery was added in the 1960’s.  The former separate Infant and Junior schools amalgamated in September 1982.  The school serves mainly the village of Ruabon (within Wrexham County Borough) but children from other outlying villages make up the present number of pupils on roll.
