Castell Chirk have been busy creating fireworks and have been firefighters putting out the fires and making sure everyone is safe.

This term in PE we have been working on following instructions and building stamina. We have completed different circuits and played some games along the way.

Castell Chirk have been learning the phonic sound “p”. Penny the pirate loves pizza so we have been making pizzas for her with items beginning with “p”; pineapple, peppers, pepperoni.
We have had such a busy time, this week, designing and creating Viking longboats out of recycled materials. We also tested them to see whether our goals of being water-resistant, able to keep afloat as well as keeping Viking treasure safe, were successful! Our reflection time was fantastic!
This week in Criccieth, we have been working really hard during our PE sessions. The children have been completing circuits and learning new skills along the way. They work on their own as well as in teams to complete the circuits. Their skills have improved: throwing, jumping, balancing. Great work!
